Industrial Fasteners & Hardware

Fastener sourcing works best when diameter, thread, length, material/grade, finish and quantity are stated clearly. Send drawings or existing part references when the hardware is non-standard.

WHAT WE CAN REVIEW

Fasteners sourced by specification

Requests can include bolts, screws, nuts, washers, threaded components and related industrial hardware. Similar-looking fasteners can differ in thread form, grade, material, coating and dimensional standard, so the RFQ should state the actual requirement.

  • Bolts, screws, nuts and washers
  • Threaded hardware and replacement requirements
  • Specified material, grade or finish where documented
  • Non-standard or drawing-based hardware requests

SPECIFICATION

Details that help us quote correctly

A clear fastener description reduces the chance of quoting something that fits visually but does not meet the required thread, strength or finish.

Diameter & thread

State nominal diameter, thread pitch/TPI and thread standard if known.

Length

Indicate how length is measured for the head style and whether full or partial thread is required.

Head / drive

Hex, socket, countersunk, pan, flange and other head or drive forms change the part definition.

Material / grade

Provide the specified grade, property class, stainless/alloy requirement or governing drawing/standard where applicable.

Finish / coating

Zinc, black oxide, plated, coated or other finishes should be specified when required.

Quantity & packaging

Provide total quantity and whether repeat or bulk requirements are expected.

PRICING

Pricing is quoted to the actual requirement.

Fastener pricing depends on exact size, grade/material, finish, quantity, packaging, source and current availability. Request pricing against your specification.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What information should I send for a bolt or screw?

Diameter, thread pitch, length, head/drive style, material or grade, finish and quantity are a strong starting point. A drawing or standard number is useful for less common hardware.

Can you source a fastener from a drawing?

Submit the drawing and quantity for review. Non-standard dimensions or materials may require a different sourcing route than catalogue hardware.

Why does grade matter?

Fastener grade or property class can relate to mechanical properties and application requirements. A physically similar fastener should not be assumed equivalent when a grade is specified.

Can I request bulk pricing?

Yes. Include the actual quantity and expected repeat frequency if relevant so the quote can reflect the purchasing requirement.

Do you stock every item shown?

No claim of universal stock is made. The website describes sourcing categories; current availability is confirmed through the quote.
